Omnistrip
Hypoallergenic wound closure strips made of skin-coloured non-woven fabric with polyacrylate adhesive, with rounded edges, extremely permeable to air and water vapour, no maceration, adhere reliably, can be removed without pain and without leaving residues, radiolucent, temperature resistant and durable.
Features
- Flexible, non-woven material allows for expansion arising from oedema and flexion
- Acrylic adhesive reduces the possibility of allergic reaction
- Does not absorb X-rays and may be left in place for radiological exporsure
- Tan coloured strips are cosmetically pleasing for many skin tones
Action/Indications
- Secure edges of the skin together to promote wound closure
- Indicated for surgical wounds/suture lines and cuts in case of direct wound contact, can apply the sterile version in a validated process
